Assessing the Climate for Coaching
Do you have an organization, team or individual faced with challenges that might benefit from coaching? If yes, we should talk further.
An important first step is to determine how prepared the organization, team, group or individual is for the coaching process. This preparedness assessment typically is done through interviews with key people and completion and review of some assessment instruments.
For coaching to generate results, there has to be an environment for change and a willingness to explore options for making desired changes.
Next Steps
If coaching sounds like something that would benefit your organization or a key person there, please contact us. Once you have defined the issue from your perspective, we can determine how to best provide this coaching and price out the costs of the coaching assistance to be provided. Coaching can be done in person, by telephone and through email or using each of these approaches.
